CNAs and other care workers at Aegis Living Ravenna joined SEIU 775 in March 2023. Since then, we’ve been fighting to win a union contract and get the pay and benefits we need.

It’s not easy work — but we care about our residents, and we need to be able to care for ourselves and our families too.
